Mason assists lawyers and law firms with:

• Legal research and drafting (pleadings, affidavits, facta, statements of law, etc.)
• Attendance at court appearances (second chair for an important motion or trial, routine agent work, or complex but urgent work when you are unavailable)
• Questioning/Cross-examination preparation.
• Trial preparation (document review, preparing witnesses and expert witnesses, drafting examinations in chief/cross)
• Appellate matters (Divisional court or otherwise)
• Family law matters
• Complex property and income matters
• Child protection matters

Mason’s Experience: 

Mason has practiced family law and child protection exclusively since being called to the Bar in 2018.

Before starting his own practice, he had the privilege of learning from wonderfully talented lawyers at top family law firms, most recently Epstein Cole LLP.

He has a special interest in property and income issues, and the intersection of family law and corporate/tax matters generally.

Mason’s practice has also revolved around parenting issues, from mundane to extreme conflict and complexity.

When he is not working, he is usually playing pool (9-ball), playing guitar, or taking photos of the city.
