Gurneet assists lawyers and law firms with: 

1) Content development: ghostwriting, blog posts, journal articles, social media content, eBooks, case studies;
2) Document review;
3) Family law matters: drafting pleadings, affidavits, factums, and briefs;
4) Legal research and writing: open to any area of law for drafting memoranda, factums, pleadings, opinions, jurisprudence review and summaries.
 

Experience:

Gurneet graduated from the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University in 2020 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. She has experience in family law, both as an articling student during her time at Grant Lee Law PC and as an associate lawyer at Separy Law PC. During her career, she has had the opportunity to draft numerous applications, answers, case conference briefs, along with letters to opposing counsel and third parties.

​She has a passion for legal research and loves the story-telling aspect of law. She has over 2 years of experience in legal research and 5 years of experience in policy research. She is able to summarize large amounts of information into easy-to-read formats, and enjoys document review where she can go through numerous documentation with ease to determine relevance and privilege.
