Megha is the principal lawyer and founder of her own firm. Megha’s goal is to make legal services accessible, understandable, and unpretentious. Her objective is to serve as trusted legal advisor and a lawyer who understands her client’s business objectives.

Megha’s early legal career was focused on Corporate Law, where she was able to study the complexities of contract law and hone her exact writing abilities. It was the beginning of her admiration for and interest in “fine print.”

Megha presently has the pleasure of directing the Canadian Legal Department for a Multi-National Business (generating $1 billion in revenue).

Contract review and creating contracts to safeguard her clients give her joy and purpose. Megha has made it her mission to establish a boutique practice to support pioneering enterprises that demand clear and smart legal guidance.
